How do I choose what size to order?
You can choose a standard size or give us your measurements. Please view our Size Chart, normally it located end of the product pages. If there is some size of floating, all our dresses are made with a margin for modification or alteration. The modification or alteration can be done by your local tailor. If you do concern on the size, you may always look for our customer service to ask for advice, also some of our dresses can be customize size by just additional RM50 charge.
What is Adjustable back strap / lace tie up?
We normally suggest our customer to purchase adjustable back straps as it allows at least 5 cm as size tolerance in case of any inaccurate measurement or small size deviation regarding different styles. It is more flexible compare to zipper.

When I want a dress fit on me, what modifications and alterations are normally done?
Normally we will suggest alternation at below.
Side seams and Back Seams- The side seams and back seams can be taken in or let out to fit a bride. Wedding gowns are usually made to allow the side seams to be let out up to 3-5 CM. Additionally the back seam often can be let out slightly to size up further.
Shoulders – It is also common for shoulder seams to be taken in to bring up a gown.
Hemline – Some gowns can only be shortened from the waist or by taking up the hemline.

How long it takes to delivery to me
Most of our dress will ship from our oversea warehouse, and delivery normally take 10 – 14 days for ready made items.
However due to reasons beyond our control, we are sometimes unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame. This could be due to delay delivery by third parties and delivery location located at remote area.
So we suggest you to buy your dress one two month earlier before your wedding date.
Where can you ship to?
We ship worldwide; For international shipping we charge RM150 by using DHL/FedEx/Aramex. Unless for certain remote location that dint cover by DHL/FedEx will use EMS instead.
Malaysia and Singapore postage will be Rm30 per order. above rm300, free delivery to Malaysia.
For international shipment, the recipient is responsible for all the customs charges by his/her country. Since the customs policy differs from country to country, to be comply with the law and regulations of your country, we recommend you to contact your local customs office for more information before you make any order.
How do I calculate shipping costs?
For international shipping, our standard charge is RM150. If the delivery location is in remote location, extra charge might be apply, we will contact you if this happen.

How can I check my order status?
If you want to track the status of your order, please log in first and click View Order at the left menu of your member account.
Status On-hold : Means pending for payment
Status Processing : Means payment is clear, order been processing. Once we ship out the parcel, we will email the tracking number to customer for them to tracking.
Status Completed : Means parcel had been successfully delivered. We will email customer to double confirm the parcel had been receive and also ask for feedback.
What kind of warranty or guarantee do you offer on your products?
We sell products that we believe to be of high quality and reliability. Before shipping each dress to our customers, our Q&C personnel will do detailed check to ensure the high quality and never on purpose send out damaged or faulty goods.
What do you do when I get my dress unfitted? What is your Return Policy
Customers need to contact Customer Service to initiate the return process within 7 days upon receiving your items. If your product arrives in a defective manner, mis-shipped or size error, you are qualified to get a full refund. However, if the item is not faulty or it is made accordance with the size you ordered but does not fit, please note that we will not accept your returned item. You may look for local tailor for alternation.
Can I return my dresses if i feel unlikely? What is your Return Policy?

About 90% of our dresses is actual shooting with the gown we display, we trying to upload as much photo to show the gown details, somehow that is still a variance due to craftsmanship or material that cannot be avoided. If customer concern on this, please look for our customer service to enquiry before place the order.
