We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping for all orders placed on One Simple Gown. Our goal is to deliver your gown with care, speed, and transparency.

**Processing Time**

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days from the date of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience.

**Shipping Rates**

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. We offer the following options:

- Standard shipping is available for all domestic and international orders
- Expedited shipping is offered for faster delivery where available
- Free standard shipping is available for orders over a certain amount, as indicated on our website

All shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made an error with your order.

**Domestic Shipping**

For orders within the United States, standard shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days after dispatch. Expedited shipping options, where selected, usually arrive within 1 to 3 business days.

We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. Please note that deliveries to remote or rural areas may take additional time.

**International Shipping**

We ship to most countries worldwide. International delivery typically takes 7 to 14 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Please be aware that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fee you pay at checkout. We recommend checking with your local customs office for an estimate of these costs before placing your order.

**Tracking Your Order**

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

**Shipping Delays**

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery timelines, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, adverse weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please reach out to us at onesimplegown@gmail.com with your order number, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

**Lost or Stolen Packages**

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. If your tracking shows that the package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or local post office first. If the issue remains unresolved, contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

**Incorrect Shipping Information**

It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping details at checkout. If you realize that you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at onesimplegown@gmail.com. We will do our best to update your address before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. Orders returned to us due to incorrect addresses may be subject to additional shipping fees for reshipment.

**Signature Requirement**

For higher-value orders, we may require a signature upon delivery for added security. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions for redelivery or pickup.
