**Track Your Order**

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a direct link to monitor your package in real time.

Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier's system to update with the first scan.

You can track your order at any time using the link provided in your confirmation email. If you have created an account with us, you may also view your order status and tracking information by logging into your account dashboard.

Most domestic orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days from the shipping date, and international orders typically take 7 to 14 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

If your tracking shows no movement for more than five business days, or if your package appears to be delayed or lost, please reach out to us at onesimplegown@gmail.com with your order number, and we will investigate promptly on your behalf.
